Cucumber Sasmi Recipe

 cucumber sasmi can be prepared very easily if you are in a hurry and you need something healthy. 



Ingredients:
Serves: 3

Cucumber  : 2
Coconut (grated) : 5 tbsp(2 handful)
Mustard seeds (sasive) : 1 tsp
Curd : 2 small ladle full
Dry red chilli : 1
Salt : to taste(1/2 tsp)

To Temper :

Coconut oil : 1.5 tsp
Urad dal : 1 tsp
Mustard seeds : 1/2 tsp


Method :

• firstly, remove the skin of the Cucumber and then grate it ..keep it aside

• further in a small blender add coconut, mustard seeds, red chilli
blend to a fine and thick paste adding water as required.
• In a vessel add grounded masala, grated Cucumber. While adding Cucumber squeeze the water of the Cucumber. Then add salt and  curd, mix it.

• furthermore, heat a kadai add coconut oil, mustard seeds, urad dal.

• when the mustard seeds splutter pour the seasoning to the saasmi.

• finally, serve  saasmi along with hot rice.
