  A healthy green-colored paneer recipe prepared mainly from the thick paste of spinach puree. Basically, the easy palak paneer recipe hails from the popular north Indian cuisine or Punjabi cuisine and is typically served with tandoor roti & naan. There are many ways to prepare it. Cucumber Sasmi Recipe

  cucumber sasmi can be prepared very easily if you are in a hurry and you need something healthy.  Ingredients: Serves: 3 Cucumber  : 2 Coconut (grated) : 5 tbsp(2 handful) Mustard seeds (sasive) : 1 tsp Curd : 2 small ladle full Dry red chilli : 1 Salt : to taste(1/2 tsp) To Temper : Coconut oil : 1.5 tsp Urad dal : 1 tsp Mustard seeds : 1/2 tsp Method : • firstly, remove the skin of the Cucumber and then grate it ..keep it aside • further in a small blender add coconut, mustard seeds, red chilli blend to a fine and thick paste adding water as required. • In a vessel add grounded masala, grated Cucumber. While adding Cucumber squeeze the water of the Cucumber. Then add salt and  curd, mix it. • furthermore, heat a kadai add coconut oil, mustard seeds, urad dal. • when the mustard seeds splutter pour the seasoning to the saasmi. • finally, serve  saasmi along with hot rice.

Badam milk powder recipe

  A simple and healthy beverage recipe made with almond powder and milk powder. It is generally mixed with warm milk and served as beverage or welcome drink to guests. but the drink is very nutrient as it contains almond, kesar and milk powder mix, hence it can be shared with your kids or adults as a daily drink. I have not peeled the skin of almonds before using it to make badam powder. while, if you prefer to have the appearance of mtr badam powder then blanch the badam before frying to get the white colour with the milk. The same powder can be used for both warm and cold drink too. you can make the milkshake by adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream. While making this drink i have not added any extra sugar for the sweetness. But you can add it according to your taste preference. Basically, the recipe is an extension of the popular veg fried rice with a topping of marinated paneer cubes. It is an ideal one-pot meal rice recipe for lunch box or even for dinner and can be served with Manchurian or any gravy-based curries or with ketchup.
